Shinola Detroit Runwell green dial 47mm

Yes you did read the title correctly, it is 47mm wide.

This is a Shinola watch produced in Detroit with a Swiss movement. Until today I didn’t even know that Detroit produced watches.

As for the piece itself, it has a really cool classic look about it. Almost like a pocket watch that has been resisted as a wrist watch.
It has that gorgeous forest green dial with large, white military style hour markers and a classic sub seconds at 6. It has a sapphire glass and a screw down onion style crown.
The tan leather strap with white stitching finishes it off very well, especially with that green dial.

This piece was an unused store piece which may have been used as a display piece. So it is in excellent condition with some very minor handling marks. New battery installed and in perfect working order.
