Gents vintage Omega DeVille

This vintage omega may be of interest especially to those from the Arab speaking world. I believe these were special Commision pieces that were awarded to company employees of a Libyan oil company called SIRTE oil company. But if you’re not interested about any of that, then this is still a lovely little dress watch for those special occasions.
The case is sort of a rounded-square shape and is gold plated. It measures 30mm across and has a slime profile, so sits on the wrist very pleasantly and glides under the sleeve without causing a fuss.

The watch has a quartz movement and a fresh new battery has been installed.

The dial is a lovely gold colour with a calendar window at 3. The background on the calendar window is also gold so has a nice flow don’t you know?

The watch is in excellent condition for a vintage watch and has the odd age related blemish/mark

It has been styled by yours truly with a Hirsch genuine lizard strap in shiny brown. If you don’t like my choice of this quality and luxurious strap then lay it to me straight and I’ll provide you with the cheapest, most ugliest strap I have. Only kidding. It’s a 19mm strap so not a common size but I should have a few other designs by Hirsch in stock.
